1. Subscriptions (Non-Refundable)
All subscription purchases are final. Once a subscription has been activated, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial use, change of mind, or failure to cancel before the renewal date. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Merchandise (Non-Refundable)
All merchandise purchased through Gym Girls Diary is non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (e.g. photos and order details). We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
 

4. Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (including sizing, shipping address, and product selection) are correct at the time of purchase. RareBody is not responsible for errors made during checkout.
